Dr. Scalper EA can technically operate on a Cent Account starting from 20,000 USC, depending on the broker, leverage, account conditions, and configured risk settings.

For a more comfortable margin buffer and greater flexibility in managing market fluctuations, we recommend considering 50,000 USC as a more balanced account size.

For traders looking for a larger capital buffer, 100,000 USC may provide greater margin flexibility and additional capacity for changing market conditions.

Yes. Withdrawals are processed entirely through your broker's system and are not controlled by Dr. Scalper EA. However, always ensure that sufficient free margin remains available after any withdrawal. Avoid making large withdrawals while the EA has active floating baskets, as reducing available margin can increase the risk of a margin call or stop-out, particularly during adverse market movements.

Before withdrawing funds, consider your current open positions, floating drawdown, margin level, and configured risk settings.

A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is strongly recommended for live trading with Dr. Scalper EA. The MetaTrader 5 terminal needs to remain online and connected 24/5 so the EA can execute, manage, and close trades according to its configured settings. If your PC or laptop is turned off, in sleep mode, restarting, disconnected from the internet, or otherwise offline, the EA cannot execute new trades or manage existing positions during that period.

For more consistent operation, we recommend running MetaTrader 5 on a reliable Windows VPS with a stable internet connection.

• License: The license may be invalid, expired, or not activated.
• WebRequest Settings: The required WebRequest URL/domain may not be added to the allowed list in MetaTrader 5 settings.
• Algo Trading: The Algo Trading button may be disabled in the MT5 terminal.
• Market Session: The market may currently be closed or outside the EA's configured trading hours.
• Spread: The current spread may be higher than the maximum spread configured in the EA.
• Symbol: Your broker may use a different XAUUSD symbol suffix, for example XAUUSD.a or XAUUSDm.
• Trading Window: The EA's configured trading session may not have started yet.
• Free Margin: Available free margin may be insufficient to open or manage the required positions.

If all settings appear correct and the EA still does not trade, check the Experts and Journal tabs in MetaTrader 5 for error messages and contact support with the relevant details.

Installation service is not provided by default. Users are required to install and configure Dr. Scalper EA themselves using the installation guide we provide.
